• The train arriving at 09:15 in Reims is ideal for reaching the meeting point on time (for Reims pick-ups).
• Please expect a possible 10–15 minute delay at the end of the tour when planning your return train.
• We strongly recommend booking your train tickets in advance to secure the best price and ensure availability.
• Food allergies and dietary restrictions must be communicated at the time of booking. Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee adaptations, and additional fees may apply.
• The temperature inside the cellars is around 11°C (52°F). Even in summer, we recommend bringing a light jacket.
• Please wear comfortable shoes, as there are often stairs to go down in the cellars.
• We cannot be held responsible for train ticket issues, delays, or strikes.
• The guide can wait a maximum of 5 minutes. In case of delay, guests must join the group at the first stop. You must contact our office immediately to inform us, and we will guide you on how to meet the group.
